I am a psychotherapist, nutritionist, writer and lawyer that is passionate about health and wellbeing. I believe that every individual can thrive psychologically and physically when given the right tools, knowledge and support and when they feel understood, valued and listened to. I also believe that the written word is a powerful way in which we can share information, resources and the latest developments in the wellbeing space as well as motivate and inspire people to optimise their health.

My Story

I started my career as a lawyer but have since trained and worked as a psychotherapist, nutritionist and freelance writer. I have extensive practical experience in optimising the wellbeing of both individuals and workforces. As well as working one-on-one with individuals as a psychotherapist and nutritionist, I have also offered consulting to a range of organisations on health-related topics.


Throughout my career, I have delivered written products in a variety of styles and formats. I have drafted health policies for organisations, written blog posts and online content for magazines and corporations, written marketing emails, drafted legal contracts and created extensive content for online courses. I believe that it is both a great privilege and a great responsibility to be able to help and support others with their health and wellbeing. I love using the written word to be able to inform others as well as to inspire and motivate them on their health and wellbeing journey.
